Booking Terms and Conditions

The lead person named on the Booking Form agrees to take full responsibility for ensuring that all members of the party adhere to the Conditions set out below.

1. The prices paid for the accommodation is inclusive of gas, electricity, bed linen and towels.

2. You must pay a full non refundable amount of booking fee for your holiday home seven days prior to check-in. On receipt of your booking fee your holiday home booking will be confirmed. Failure to pay booking fee will result in your booking being cancelled and the Delight Marvel Ltd will make the property available to be re-booked. No reminders will be sent out.

3. Should the unfortunate happen and you have to cancel your booking please notify us as soon as possible. We would strongly advise to safeguard against unforeseen eventualities that you take out Cancellation Insurance to protect your costs incurred.

4. On arrival we request to pre-authorise a credit or debit card for £200 security deposit in case of loss of keys or damages.

5. Strictly no pets are allowed in the house. Guide dogs are however, accepted.

6. Strictly no smoking inside the house. Smoking is allowed only in the private backyard area of the house and we would kindly ask that you do not smoke in any other area. Where there is evidence of guest smoking within the house, we reserve the right to charge £100 for specialist cleaning as addition charge.

7. Anyone found using or under the influence of illegal drugs or substances classified under the misuse of Drugs act (1971) will be reported to the police and asked to leave the premises. Any evidence or suspicion of drug use on our premises will also be reported immediately to police.

8. The responsibility for your personal property is solely yours whilst you are occupying the house. We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party, vehicle and possessions during your stay.

9. You agree to use the holiday home solely for self-catering accommodation and accept the Delight Marvel Limited has right to refuse to hand over the Property to any person deemed unsuitable to take charge. Causing a nuisance or disturbance or any other unreasonable behaviour to neighbours or other guests during your stay.

10. In case of emergency you will allow the Delight Marvel's house caretaker access to property, e.g. gas/water leak.

11. You must respect and look after Delight Marvel's holiday home during your stay and leave the property clean and tidy as you found it. Please let us know of any damage/breakages as soon as possible so that these may be repaired in time for the next guests. We reserve the right to charge for any damage/breakages.

We do not collect any information other than that which is knowingly and voluntarily given during the course of using our enquiry form and to make a booking. To take a booking we require the following information: name, address, telephone/mobile phone number and email address, also the names of everyone in your booking party.2. We only use your data for the sole purpose of booking a holiday accommodation with us and accounting purposes.3. We will NEVER share any personal information with any third party.
